If you are not able to join us because of distance, timing, or just because you can’t choose from the sheer variety of events, you can donate online via

It is really straightforward to do. You will need to enter your name, email address, and your credit or debit card details. You can let everyone know about your donation, or keep it anonymous. If you are a tax payer, please select to gift aid your donation, and the taxman will give us an extra 25% on top of the amount you give us.

Whenever you shop online with a participating store – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising funds for Project Aurora, without costing you a penny!

There are over 3,600 shops including many household names. All you have to do is click here and register. Then every time you shop online, go to and search for the website you wish to buy from, click on Shop Now and shop as normal. When you’ve bought your items, a donation will be made to Project Aurora at no extra cost to you. Easyfundraising has put together this video to show you how.

If you already have an existing account with the online shop, you will need to log out of their website and log back in again through the easyfundraising link.

Just like easyfundraising, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price to Project Aurora every time you shop at using this link! Our webmaster finds the easiest way to remember is to put this link as the Amazon bookmark on her own web browser.

Home insurance

If you are in the process of renewing home insurance then you could help fundraise for Project Aurora at the same time! Ecclesiastical Insurance are offering to donate £130 to a church of the policy holder’s choice, for every new home insurance policy taken out with them.

We have no knowledge of them as a home insurance company, or of their prices, but you could keep them in mind as one of the possible insurers when you review your home insurance options. If you mention Project Aurora when taking out your policy it will go directly into the correct account.
